Amendments on super and same-sex couples soon, says Minister
The minister for superannuation and corporate law, Senator Sherry, has indicated that amendments to public sector superannuation funds in respect of same-sex couples recently are likely to be finalised by the end of 2008. He said that an announcement as to the legislative process to deal with the issue will be made ‘shortly’.
